g is for Gold

We are delighted to announce that The g Hotel Galway has been awarded the prestigious gold medal at the 2014 Irish Accommodation Services Institute (IASI) ‘Accommodation Awards’.

The hotel received this honour for housekeeping excellence at the national finals, organised by the IASI. We joined a number of other well known hotels in Ireland to compete a in number of hotel inspections at their premises.

All of the team at The g joined General Manager, Triona Gannon in congratulating the housekeeping team as the the award is tremendous recognition for their dedicated and valuable work at the hotel. We are all very proud of Christine and her team.

The IASI (formerly the Association of Hotel Accommodation Management) is the national body representing the professional interests of the accommodation industry in Ireland and was responsible for bringing the competition to Ireland for the first time, which the g hotel was delighted to compete in.
